Dayhome In Silverado
My name is Kim and I am a stay at home mom providing childcare in my home. I have 2 girls, a 7 year old in school full time and a 5 year old. I started my dayhome when I had my first daughter 7 years ago. I love being around children and being able to stay home with my own.
I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of toys as well as a huge sandbox! We do as much as we can outside in the fresh air. I am also close to parks and large fields for kite flying and running!
I have a great indoor playroom filled with toys for all ages. We do things like crafts, games, singing, dancing and baking. We also have theme days each month that include pajama days, movie parties, and special days for each child. I include lunch and snacks in my rates. The food I provide is tasty and nutritious.
I provide a safe and clean environment for all of my dayhome kids. I hope to have my dayhome as your child's home away from home. I currently have full time and part time spots available.

There is nothing I would rather do more for “work” than care for children and support their growth and wellbeing. As a mother myself I feel the early years are so important in our children’s development, learning, and sense of security. I understand children's separation anxiety and your stress leaving your child with another caregiver can be overwhelming. I treat each child in my care as my own - with lots of love and reassurance. I believe structure, patience, and consistent gentle care is critical for children to adjust and help them grow and thrive.
